Terms of Service

You need an account to use Flowspace. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential: activity under your account is treated as your activity. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Work in Flowspace happens inside organizations. The organization owner and admins control who can join, what role each member has, and what projects and teams exist. Because roles determine what a member can see and do, organization owners are responsible for managing membership and permissions appropriately within their own organization.

You agree not to:

• Use Flowspace for anything unlawful, or to store or share content you don't have the right to share.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of Flowspace without our authorization, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service, including through excessive automated requests.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted.

Any content your organization creates in Flowspace: projects, tasks, comments, attachments, and everything else: remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to provide the service to you and your organization. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we don't use it for anything beyond operating Flowspace for you.

Some capabilities are available only on paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees described at the time of purchase; fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing or features going forward, and will give you reasonable notice before changes take effect on an active subscription.

We aim to keep Flowspace available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may need to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of it, including for maintenance or security reasons.

You may stop using Flowspace and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to an account or organization that violates these terms, poses a security risk, or where required by law. Where reasonably possible, we'll try to give notice before termination.

Flowspace is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

This section is a placeholder: the governing jurisdiction for these terms should be filled in to match where Flowspace is legally operated before this document is treated as binding.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Flowspace after a change means you accept the updated terms.
