About Flowspace

Flowspace is a real-time project management platform built around a simple idea: teams work best when everyone can see the same board, the same status, and the same history — at the same time.

Why we built this

Most project work doesn't fail because a task was forgotten — it fails because nobody noticed it changed status, because access was either too open or too locked down, or because there was no record of who did what when it mattered. Flowspace exists to close those gaps directly: organizations and teams that mirror how companies are actually structured, boards that update the moment someone moves a card, and an audit trail that owners and admins can actually rely on.

It's opinionated on purpose. Every organization gets role-based access control from day one, every security-relevant action gets logged, and every board update reaches teammates instantly — not because those are advanced features to unlock later, but because they're the baseline a team-oriented tool should ship with.

What we care about

Fast, and honest about it

Work moves in real time. If a teammate changes something, you see it — no refresh, no stale state, no "let me re-check."

Access should match reality

Not everyone on a team needs to see everything. Role-based permissions and project visibility exist so access follows who actually needs it.

Security is visible, not assumed

Logins, role changes, and membership events are recorded, not just trusted. Owners and admins can see exactly what happened and when.

Built for how teams actually work

Organizations, teams, projects, and boards map to the way work is actually structured — not a flat list pretending to be a hierarchy.
